This is the real thing....not the reproduction. We have a book in near mint condition being sold for a collector who has loved it for many years, and is now "rotating" her collection to enjoy MORE paper dolls.
Each of the covers has that small part between the arm and the body missing. We have shot the covers with pieces of colored paper laid behind to disguise the gap. Otherwise there is the most minor ageing, wee mars at the edges of the book, and nice clear color to the inside pages. The die (perforating) is a little loose at one edge of the doll skirts...but the dolls are all still intact. The images above are from photos, not scans, so you see the variances of light as the book laid on the wooden table in front of a daylit window. You can see the backgrounds are clear and white. The pages were shot individually, and turned so they appear upright. In the book they are all in a horizontal format. We had to obscure some of the costumes to show the covers vertically in our limited website image format.
8 costume pages from the beautiful star's films- most all designed by Adrian-, 2 die cut dolls. Size: 11"x13"
Our price is well below "book" ($175-$300) price. We have seen this one go for over $200 on eBay. Price includes insurance. We have just this one original book to sell.
