Ms Humphrey (Mother to Humphrey Bogart) was a super prolific fashion illustrator, having worked for many years for The Delineator magazine and illustrating packages of patterns. She also was in demand for storybook illustration. [we wish she had painted a paper doll!]
These darling images are from two books: 1899- "Little Folks of '76" and 1900 "Little Soldiers and Sailors." Most of the illustrations were in black and white line art, but I excerpted the lovely color pages to make this collage sheet.
There are 8 precious vignettes of children either playing or living as colonial and revolutionary era kids. Use them for collage, decoupage, scrapbooking, card-making etc.
One 8.5" x 11" sheet on archival 32# satin finished paper. Laser inks take most glues and mediums very well. Presented in a crystal clear seal-top bag.
