ATCs- Artist Trading Cards
Childhood Border Art of Judy M Johnson
Paired with Little Fashion Girls of the Early 50s
Recently I borrowed some of my mom's scrapbooks of her life, friends and family. I brought home books from the early 50s when I was a little girl, and copied greeting cards, AND my own "lovely" artwork, done at ages 5-6. I think they are pretty cute, and so are some fashion illustrations of little girls on 6 of the cards. 3 are left open for you to do with as you wish- like paste on your own images..maybe a photo cut-out of someone you love. The background is yellow grade-school writing paper. Sooo I put these components together to make a page of NINE cards, that could have a variety of uses:
1. Enhance with trims of various sorts,
2. Use as little note card inserts to your mailings,
3. Add a punch hole and ribbon to make personalized bookmarks,
4. Write your own words, cute quotations and share with friends,
5. Use as place cards for parties- tea parties, birthday parties, etc.
Laser printed on archival, bright white 80# cardstock, 8.5" x 11". Stored in crystal clear seal-top bag.
