9 Paper Dolls by Janet Laura Scott
Restored Art Deco Era Book from FMN Publ.

What a trick it is sometimes to come up with a complete book---then there are all those variations that show up. Well, here is the result of finding another Janet Laura Scott Book. The earlier one I restored, was an incomplete version of a variation with a different cover. Some dolls and clothes were missing from the original. THIS version is nearly complete. We are STILL missing the clothes page for Bobby but we have included the poor child without his clothes. So there ARE ten dolls, though I have changed the title to reflect the book as a whole with nine dolls and clothes for those nine. If we ever find the missing clothing page from this early 1930s book, we will re-do the book to be properly complete.

This is a stapled BOOK. We are delighted to present this "perfect bound" (stapled) book from Forget-me-Not Publishing (FMN). These are 11”x17" sheets printed in permanent laser colors, on top grade papers, folded and stapled to a finished size of 8.5x11.  This new formatting is a reduction of about 15% smaller than the originally published size.  DOUBLE covers (4 pages) are on archival 80# laser cover stock paper. The remaining 6 costume pages are on  archival 32# laser paper.These papers are a dream to cut...nice clean edges, no popping of inks, very smooth and fun to handle. We slip the book into a crystal clear archival protective Mylar sleeve to keep it nice and clean.
