Treasures in a Trunk-Memories of Tara
Painted by Judy M Johnson
First painted as a souvenir for the Atlanta Paper Doll Convention in 1988, we have reintroduced it in an 8.5"x11" format, laser printed on satin finish, archival, 80# coverstock. Here we have a little modern girl who has found an old trunk in the attic, which just happens to contain costumes very much like those worn in the 1939 film, Gone With The Wind. They are too large for her, so they puddle up on the floor when she puts them on. Featured are the famous green-sprigged garden dress and large picture hat, a green and white striped walking gown, and a dark red velvet gown similar to thast worn by Scarlett in the film with husband Rhett inside the plantation house after the war.
Signed by the artist, and presented in a clear archival binder sleeve for your ease of storage and viewing enjoyment.
