Merrill 1953, aka Little Ballerina: A darling book that I restored a couple years a couple years ago...but forgot to put up on the website! I wish I knew the artist(s) as this is one of my favorite books, which I had and loved, as a child. (perhaps the artist is John W. Northcross, as he's painted other ballet books for Merrill, and they have a very similar style.)
It's got two blonde dolls, (big and little sisters,) and 6 pages of wonderfully creative, and classic ballet costumes for ballets which include: Sheherezade, many for Nutcracker, Firebird, Arabian Nights, Sleeping Beauty, & Giselle.
Finished book size- 8.5"x11", stapled, laser printed. 80# coverstock covers and 32# costume pages. Comes in crystal clear seal-top bag.
